Max and Msity interview former Assistant U.S. Attorny Bud Cummins for a look at the state of the United States Legal System. We start with a specific look at the case of Bryan Malinowski, a Little Rock resident who was the victim of a lethal raid performed by the ATF based upon dubious evidence. We discuss the issues surrounding the Malinowski case, how it is representative of recent failures in Federal Law Enforcement, the impact of a further militarized police force, and the growing power and impunity of the state violence apparatus. We also discuss other issues with the current legal system, attempting to determine the best path forward, and a check in with matters regarding podcast favorite Hunter Biden.
We have created a folder with video and documentation regarding the case which can be found here.
